I'm looking to make a pumpkin cider, and was wondering if anyone had some good recipes?
I have a bunch of cooked pumpkins, and my wife has already strained a lot of the juice from them - so we can make various chilis and desserts.
A little help would be appreciated!
Edit: My wife wants it to be spiced. I saw a link while doing some research for a spice combo. How would I use that? Let it sit in primary in a sack for a few days?
