so I'm brewing a porter at the moment and the sweetness is a little higher than expected - the AG is 1.024 and I'm looking to bring that down somewhat. Also, there is an unexpected malty sweetness to the beer - what can I do about that? I don't want to dry hop as I think that will negate the flavors already there. Any advice?

Hi,

Welcome to the forums. To get a better idea about your situation can you post your recipe? What yeast did you use? What was your fermenting temperature/time? What was the SG(i am assuming by AG you mean FG-final gravity)
