RSVP for the Northern Virginia Big Brew, held May 2nd at Old Bust Head Brewery in Vint Hill Virginia.

What is a Big Brew? In short, it's an everyone's invited brew day, at an awesome brewery with 170 water on tap. Fun, food, beer and brewing. Can't go wrong with that. Oh, and did I mention it's free!

This year should be awesome! Hope to see everyone there.

I'm planning on being there, though only for a short while. I have some other family commitments but I wanted to atleast stop by to see if I can help a bit.

How'd it turn out this year? I unfortunately couldn't make it, my son came along about three weeks ago and things around the house haven't been conducive to brewing. Soon things will get back to normal.

In the meantime, how did things go?

It was a lot of fun! I can't say enough about how awesome it was to have 170 degree water, on tap.

Also, everyone was so cool to let me mooch beer from. My Co2 ran out the night before so I was "that-guy" with nothing to traded. lol

Old Bust Head is a great place and the folks there are awesome and knowledgeable.
