6.6# XLight LME (Briess)
1# XLDME (some stolen for starter)
Steep:
.75# Crystal 40
.25# Victory
.50# Cara Pils

1 oz Cascade(5.1) @ 60
1 oz Cascade(5.1) @ 10
1 tbsp irish moss @ 10
1 oz Cascade(5.1) @ 2

Wyeast 1028 London Ale

I boiled 3.3# LME and 1# DME with hop schedule. Mixed 1 gallon water with remaining 3.3# LME right in the fermenter. Cooled Wort poured on top and batch topped off at 5.5 gallons and yeast starter pitched.

JFT = Johnny First Times, just a nickname for a friend...

Look good? I dont have a tool so I have no idea what the details of this batch would be. Anyone bored enough to punch it in for me?

Cracked one open (had to taste it), its a shame that I really enjoy hoppy beers so much more seems how hops are so pricey. Color is dead on for what I was looking for, a light orange amber color. The flavors will come together smoothly and I think this will be a staple for me.

I will try it again with more extract, and change the hop schedule to:
0.5oz Centennial @ 60min
0.5oz Centennial @ 45min
1oz Cascade @ 20min
1oz Cascade @ 10min
1oz Cascade @ 2min

See if I can't get an IPA out of her.
