My first pale ale made using the Beer. Simply Beer. kit from Midwest supplies. Not bad after just one week of carbonation. Easy to drink and the wife likes it so it’s a great start to my brewing hobby.

I like...clear beer!!! Cloudy well...just looks lazy...or unfinished...but I know that's not always the case.

I like both. I enjoy brewing and drinking a tasty NEIPA or Hefe, but for a style that should be clear, I enjoy clear. I've got a pale ale kegged now that will go on once this IPA kicks but I'd imagine I'm due for a NEIPA after that.

NEIPA w/Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy

Guinness clone. 2.5 weeks grain to glass. Not quite a perfect knockoff of the real stuff, but that's only because I don't have a nitro tap.

BierMuncher's Ode to Arthur recipe is pretty fantastic... just make sure you get the 500L Black Barley instead of the roasted barley called for in the thread.

Gravity sample from my first try at a NEIPA. All Citra / Mosaic dry hop, bittered with Warrior to about 32 IBU. It's a little green, but already insanely tropical and very soft, assuming partially due to the oats. Can't wait for it to carb!

An American Amber I made back in November. Why do my photos come in sideways? Using the forum app and an android.
