I just got some wine making supplies and ingridents like acid blend, yeast nutrient, liquid wine tannin, pot.sorbate, pectic enzyme, and yeast. Was wondering if any of it needs to be refrigerated other than the yeast? also how long can I keep this stuff before getting it all used up, and is it better to refrigerate the yeast or frezze it. thanks for your help

The yeast is fine unopened in the fridge, and the other ingredients will be fine in a cool dry spot. The sorbate should last a year or so, and the other ingredients should last much longer.

thanks for the quick reply. Thats what I thought just wanted to make sure
