Thought this thread would be fun, and provide me with some breweries I should check out but haven't yet.

These are my picks for breweries that provide beers in their lineups that I tend to like no matter the style. Some breweries I like this one or that one, but for these I can pretty much pick up any of their offerings and be somewhat happy with them.

Here's my 10, in no particular order:

1. Ballast Point
2. Sierra Nevada
3. Three Floyds
4. Great Lakes
5. Bells
6. Founders
7. Unibroue
8. Dark Horse
9. Boulevard
10. Avery

I don't think I have 10 favorites but I could narrow it down to 5 breweries that no matter what they produce it gets a 7-8 out of 10 for me

1. Odell's
2. Founders
3. Dogfish head
4. Revolution
5. Bells

I'll stick to breweries I have gotten regularly

1. Victory
2. Founders
3. Lagunitas
4. Ballast Point
5. Hill Farmstead
6. Carton
7. Kane
8. Allagash
9. Maine
10. Firestone Walker

My residences have been NJ and northern NH for reference.

Unibroue FTW. Their La Fin du Monde entirely redefined what beer could be for me when I turned 21. I just wish they actually came out with new beers now and then. I got their yeast from the Wyeast private collection and Im loving it

Other breweries I will buy anytime I see them: Ommegang, Stone, Prarie Artisan Ales, Crooked Stave, any Hills Farmstead collaboration....I wish I could find some tired hands

also, I recently went to Bluejacket brewery in DC and holy crap it blew me away. Most breweries I go to theres maybe 1 or 2 beers that are non boilerplate boring stuff but every single beer they had was completely off the charts. It was so damn hard to pick what I wanted to try, let alone leave with a bottle of
