About a month ago I did some quick research for an all grain blueberry recipe and sent away for the supplies. I have since lost/forgotten where I found the recipe from and I am planning on brewing tomorrow.

Here's what I have for an all grain 5 gallon batch:

6lbs 2 row
3 lbs 12oz white wheat
4 oz carapils
1/4 oz coriander
1/2 oz bitter orange peal
Wyeast Belgian wit
2oz Saaz hops

I don't have any instructions ie mash temp and hop additions. I'm looking for any help finding this recipe. Thanks

Also the blueberry addition is one large can of the Oregon blueberry purée into secondary.

I didn't want to make a straight up blueberry wheat but I remember when j was searching for a good recipe most of them incorporated some wheat. That particular recipe called
For that yeast. I wanted a nice basic ale tk build the blueberry flavor with but not too sweet.

If I was doing it mash in at 154F with a ratio of 1.25qt to the # for 60 min.

Use half your hops at 60min
.5 oz. at 30 min and .5 oz at 15 min
Toss the spices in at 5 min just make sure you crack the coriander

Cool to 68F pitch your yeast. If you want it to take on the wit character ramp the temp up to 72 over a few.days.
