Here is the original Pale Ale that I want on making for the summer.

8.5 lbs 2-row
1.5 lbs Honey Malt
0.5 lbs Crystal 40L

1oz Amarillo 60min
2oz Hallertauer 5min

Wyeast 1272

OG 1.053
FG 1.013
SRM 7.1
IBU 33

Planning on single infusion mash and single stage fermentation.

What I really would like is verification on the hops and yeast use. I have a hard time differentiating hops flavors even after tasting them. I am thinking it should be a light citrus flavor rather than earthy.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
