If you like lightly smoked porters this hits the spot . Even SWMBO liked it . The longer it ages the better it gets.
I also did a 90 minute boil

anyone try this recipe? just had my first Stone Smoked porter with vanilla (chipotle's in the fridge as well) and looking for a lightly smoked recipe i could throw some vanilla beans into.
