What is the proper temp for frementing beer? I have a bedroom with a window air condiitiong unit and could keep the temp between 66 and 70 degrees. Is this good?

Or pay for a chest freezer, controller, and electricity to run it.
Man, I love my 10 cu. ft. freezer in the garage with the Love controller. 10 gallons of IPA fermenting away at 65 degrees.
