I have a WH7016C single stage temp controller that I have hooked up to my keezer. I also have a 2 stage temp controller that I had hooked up before I picked up the single stage unit. On the single stage unit the display seems to fluctuates a lot. I have it set at 3, but the display goes from 3.0 to 3.1, 3.2 then down to 2.9, back to 3.0 and so on really fast. Is the probe that sensitive? I have it in a corney keg filled halfway with water.
