Hello all, another Las Vegan here to soak up all of the wisdom you guys have to offer!
I got all of my equipment off of craigslist about 5 weeks ago and I just bottled my first batch. I bought a Sanyo 4912 to convert to a kegerator until I found a Summit stainless kegerator on craigslist for $300. So needless to say, I have a kegerator and a refrigerator. And yes, you guessed it, I am not married! LOL
UPS just delivered my 7.5 gallon stainless steel turkey fryer that I scored off of eBay for $45...the pot was only used once and the burner has never been used. A little soak in Oxi-clean and the pot shined like new! Going to do a full boil in a week or two...
I have been doing tons of research to move to all grain here in the next few months. I will be building a keggle and an MLT very soon!!
