I'm blessed to live in the fruitfull Willamette valley-smack dab in the middle of hundreds of acres of hops. The farmer said that just after they harvest I'm welcome to any leftovers. Trouble is, I don't know how to tell the difference. He grows Willamette, Crystal, and Cascade, maybe more. Any help would be appreciated! I still have several months to study.

Go look at several pictures of each those three can look very different from each other. OK maybe the Willamette and the Cascade... Crystal not really sure. The Cascade will be really long in comparison to the willamette. Sweet for you though, free hops in any form is good.
