No picture, because my camera has problems, but the Cascades reached over to the Mt. Hood twine and was trying to strangle it. I had to cut the sidearm off of the Cascades bine. Once the cones put on a little weight, the sidearms won't have as much reach.

It's biggest problem with twining in an inverted V. Next year, I think I'll move the posts & run cables, so the hops can grow straight up and maintain their distance.
 
It's sad really. You try your best to raise em right, and then you get that call late at night from the police. Yes, it's true, your darling hop babies ASSAULTED another one in the night.
 
I have the same going on too...except the one that is being assualted is smaller, so the assaulting hop is just on it's twine
