I am enjoying some naturally air fermented raisin wine that I got from a Hutterite Colony in South Dakota. They leave it out it the open and let God do the rest, It is seriously good wine. Does any one have a recipe that I I could try? i didn't ask them because I did't want them to think that all I care about is booze!
