I am getting ready to look for a chest freezer to convert. I would like to have at least 2 taps. Possibly 3 w/ CO2 and Nitro bottle setup. I was thinking 5 cu. ft would be good. Do you guys think this is too small for a 2 tap, 2 bottle system?

You want the extra room if possible. It is nice to be able carb/cold crash/lager an extra keg or 3 while the others are being served.

Get as big as your budget and space allows.

+1 above...I find my beer only gets much better after sitting in the keezer for a while, ideally you would like to be serving from two kegs w/ additional in reseve that have sat in the keezer for a while...but if budget and space limited, a 5cf will work well.
