I have received an order from Northern Brewer of a Honey Brown ALL Grain kit and noticed the slap pack came partially swollen. I am not planning on brewing the kit until next week. Will the yeast be alright? I am keeping it in the fridge.

It'll be fine. It doesn't matter if it's swollen or not. As the above person said, it's recommended to make a starter with liquid yeast, especially if the OG is above 1.040. The label says "pitchable" but it won't give you an ideal pitching rate, and a starter will help you ensure viability.

I had the same thing happen to me last summer. Made a starter and that Saison won a first place in a local HB competition. Always make a starter with liquid yeast. You might want to try dry yeast as well. No starter is needed with these packs.
