I have about 2.5oz of Nelson Sauvin pellet hops that have been sitting in my freezer for about 6 months in an unsealed bag. Are they still usable for anything. I imagine that they have lost a lot of AA, but what do you think has happened to the aromatics? Could I use them for dry hopping an IPA? Do I just need to throw them away?
