Hey all, I'm going to brew the beer for my wedding in september.... I'm brewing 10 gallons Oktoberfest (From Brewing Classic Styles) next weekend and 10 gallons pale ale some time this summer.

Trying to put together the pale ale recipe.

Right now I have

20# 2row
2# whit wheat
1.5# Victory
1.5# Munich
( I've made other pales ales with this same grist)

For the hops i'm thinking of
.7 oz CTZ @ 60
1 oz Amarillo @ 10
1 oz Cascade @ 10
.5 oz Citra @ 10
1 oz Amarillo @ 0
1 oz Cascade @ 0
.5 oz Citra @ 0

And then maybe dry hop with some thing like 1oz each of Amarillo cascade and Citra

Yeast is 001...

Any thoughts?

Thanks, Cranny
