Im fermenting my Irish Red in my kegerator! So can the carbonation that escapes my airlock mess my batch up! Do I Need a breather hole for fresh oxygen or what Just let me know>?

Nope, you're good.

The idea is to keep the fermentation chamber completely O2 free after the first 24-48 hours anyway.
