I used Edwort's Haus Pale Ale as a guide, same grain bill, different Hops. I used the Williamette hops I got from Hops Direct, first time I used whole leaf hops. So much easier to clean up after the boil!! I also got some US Golding, I'm going to try and brew the same recipe with the Golding so I can compare the two. I will most likely be brewing pale ales throughout 2010. After the holidays, I can probably get away with a bulk grain buy, just need to convince SWMBO ;)
 
I too brewed this last weekend. Stuck with the cascades though. What yeastie beasties did you use? I went with the US-05 since there was no nottingham in stock.
