"Greenwood Aged Beer"
Don Scheidt just informed me of a new Belgian Beer bar in the Denver area called "The Cheeky Monk". May need to add this to the GABF pub crawl. Perhaps RichBrewer can head out on a reconnaissance mission for us?
Here's what Don had to say:
There's a new Belgian-style pub in Denver, it's called the Cheeky Monk.
Opened Sept 7th, out east of the Capitol at 534 E. Colfax (between Pennsylvania & Pearl). From a posting on the babblebelt.com, here's the draft list:
Duchesse de Bourgogne
Carlsberg
Stella Artois
Hoogarden Wit
Leffe Blonde
Kwak
Triple Karmeleit
Moinette Brune
Saison Dupont
Lindemen's Pomme, and Framboise
De Koninck
Koningshoeven Quad
Chimay Blonde
Affligem Blonde
New Belgium 1554
Food too. The cheekymonk.com website is still under development. The same people also own the Royal Hilltop in Aurora: tapwise,it's no Falling Rock, although one could do worse.
EDIT - Looks like the website is up and running now.
