I brewed my Peach Wheat exactly two weeks ago. Used Wyeast American Ale II yeast, kept in my fermentation chamber at a constant 68ºF. O.G. was slightly high at 1.055 (expected was 1.052). Checked SG for the first time today and was still a bit high at 1.016, when it should be down to 1.011. I'll check SG again in 3 days to make sure it's stopped fermenting before I transfer to secondary, but I'm worried that fermentation might be stuck. Any feedback?

As usual, thanks in advance for your help!

WARNING: NOOB ALERT
I'm just asking as a noob, so do not take this as advice.

Since your OG was a little higher than anticipated, would having a slightly higher FG be expected?

That's one possibility I was thinking of, but not really sure. I hope I can rack to secondary this weekend and let it clear a little bit.
