Ok so i've had to do a bit of digging to find a place near me that does CO2 fills for my new kegging system. I found a place near by that sells what they call "Beer Gas" which they say is a CO2/Nitrogen mix. I was wondering what are the pro's and con's of a CO2/Nitrogen mix and is there anything special I need to know when using it to force carb? If I choose to go with just straight CO2 I was told by a buddy that I need to make sure I get "food grade" CO2? That sounded like BS to me as i've never heard of "food grade" CO2, anyone know? Thank you all.

So if I'm understanding you correctly I'll just need straight CO2. Anyone know if "food grade" CO2 is a real thing?
