I brewed up 24 gallons today by myself (some assistance from SWMBO)...which made me think there's gotta be some gigantic brew days from people on this forum...what's your personal biggest? (Not counting contributions from others brewing w/ you at a brew party)

i brewed 3 - 5.5 gallon batches in a day once. that's about it. i have all the equipment to do 15-18 gallon batches now, so that number should increase very soon :D

My last batch was 14 gallons, I can kettle 15 gallons safely. My kettle holds 22 gallons so with some anti-foam i could do 20's but thats pushing it, and my MLT is only 10 gallons.

We did 10 gallons of All Grain and a 5 gallon extract. With current equipment i cant get an all grain over 10-12 gallons. Some day a bigger kettle would be nice 20 gallons.

My first experience with AG was a 35 gallon batch with a buddy who's been brewing for years. He had a friend fabricate a massive SS brew pot. It took forever for it to come to a boil. We used an oar to stir it.

oh about 450 gallons in a day......

the most ive done homebrewing however was 11 gallons in a day.

11 gallons is typical for me. Many times me and a friend split two batches. So, technically we do 22 gallons at a time.
