made starter for brewday yesterday, something came up and i now have to wait 3 days to brew...so i plan on decanting the starter. noticed last night (when i should have pitched the starter) that the starter is blowing off pretty bad and im losing a good amount of yeast. anything i can do, should i still just pitch in 3 days after decanting or should i make a new starter?
