I've scripted a recipe with the help of some software to get the hops right. My question is on the grains. I'm not going heavy on malt so I don't want to over do it with my dark grains. That is my only real concern here.

3 lbs Dark DME
3 lbs Light DME
1 lb Crystal 80L
1 lb Munich 20L
3 oz Chocolate malt
2 oz Roasted barley
0.75 Northern Brewers(60 min)
0.75 E. Kent Goldings(15 min)
1.0 Fuggles (Dry)
Dried Canadian Ale Yeast

Steeping grains at 150 for 30 minutes.
Full boil of 6 gallons reduced to 5.5(evaporation).

what are you shooting for style-wise? My only comments would come from the evap rates and your volume. I would give yourself another half gallon to gallon for evaporation because you will boil off some as well as lose some in your steeping grains.
