Does anyone brew Malta (unfermented wort) for consumption? If so does anyone have a good recipe?

Malta looks pretty much like a higher gravity un-fermented Yuengling to me. Try 70% pale malt, 25% corn and 5% 75L crystal to an OG of ~1.060. Add enough hops to het you to 12-15 IBU.

I've tried and never get it close. I'm not going to sound the time and effort to figure out the additives (molasses, etc) for something that I'll only enjoy every now and then, especially considering I can buy India and Hatuey two blocks from home. If I found a recipe or close to a recipe from one of the manufacturers I'd be more apt to make it.
I have used flat Malta to make starters with on a few occasions and it works quite well.
