So I am brewing a Witbier tomorrow. Recipe calls for:

5 lbs pilsner
5 lbs flaked wheat
1 lbs flaked oats

I plan to mash at 2 quarts H2O / lb of grain...

So my question is, do I include the adjuncts in the calculation which would give me 22 quarts of mash water?

Or do I exclude them and therefore only mash with 10 quarts of water?

I feel 98% sure that I should go with 22 quarts but figured I would verify... Thanks!
