i pitched my 2 packets of dried (rehydrated) yeast 2 days ago exactly. did it at 81 degrees F. when i threw the rehydrated yeast in i had like 2 inches of yeast sludge. it was goin crazy! and aerated the **** out the bucket !! 6 hours after, it started to show signs in the airlock. like a few little bubbles every 20 sec. ok Great !!! well ...... here it is 1 day and 18 hours later and it has not changed. so i opened the bucket and there is a very small layer is bubbles on top the wort???? very small. like i can see the wort perfectly. anything ???? also the yeast was muntons gold and up to date ! thanks -Lee
