I've wahed some wlp029 off of my kolsch. also made american wheat w/ it and was impressed with smoothness.

would this yeast work in a graff (malted apple wine)? i've made the ed wort's apfelwein with champagne yeast and love it, but am looking for something to mature faster and be a little more beer-y.

any fermenting advice witth this yeast for graff?

I made some apfelwein with 3068 (weihestephanen hefe) and it came out great. Give it a try.

Honestly, I think champagne yeast is about my least favorite thing to use to ferment apples.
