I'm looking for some insight. I live in New Orleans and have fallen vicitim to Hurricane Isaac. I have been without electricity for 3 days. I am lucky enough to have 2 chest freezer fermentation chambers. I was lagering in one for the past 2 weeks and had an ale in secondary at 68F. Now both chest have an internal temp of 78F. The external temp in the house is 85F. Anyone have any idea how this will effect the beers, most importantly the Oktoberfest that is/was lagering. I'm hoping the electric comes on soon so I can resume the process. What damage if any has been done and can it be corrected?????..................The Oktoberfest tasted awesome when I kegged it. I'm concerned and dissapointed.......................Thanks
