So as the title says, I've been cold crashing my 5 gallon better bottle of Baltic Porter (it's gonna be soooooo good :ban:). It's in my mini-fridge hovering just above freezing. I'd like to bottle it sometime this week, sooo...

1. What temp should it be for bottling (regular ~70 degrees?)

2. Based on number 1, about how many days in advance should I remove it from mini fridge and leave it in the 70 degree air to get to said bottling temp?

Thanks in advance!

Theres nothing wrong with bottling while the beer is cold as long as you let the bottles warm up so the yeast will carbonate it.

Alright, I bottled when the beer was probably 40ish, so I'm blaming you if my house explodes :D
