I am going to be brewing an 'Old Ale' Marris Otter Malt, Fuggles and EKG hops. OG: 1.100, FG: 1.025

It comes to about 10% abv.

I am wondering if the convenient method of just pitching two packets of Nottingham will get that far, or if I should build up a starter of Wyeast 1028?

Thanks,
Paul

I think notty will handle it fine :D You don't even have to pitch 2....just rehydrate 1 and call it good!
