recipe help.. purple haze clone.

I got a kit last yr from ahs and loved it. My problem is it was a mini mash and I want to do all grain now. So this is the recipe I got for mini mash and I want to covert to all grain.
Mini mash
2 1/2 lbs white wheat
1 1/2 lb 2 row malt
3 1/2 lb wheat extract.
I need that converted to all grain.
I have a mixed bag that I think will work but not sure. Can you please let me know.
What I have.
7 lb 2 row malt
.08 oz carapils
6 lb white wheat.
Will that work?

Also the yeast it calls for is wyeast American wheat 1010 but I have wyeast weihenstephen 3068. Will that work?
