First pics of Gordon Biersch in Rockville, MD

Pre-opening photos of Gordon Biersch's brewery. Looks like a mashing vessel, lautering tun, 4 or 5 fermenters and about a dozen bright tanks in a big walk in cooler. I could be wrong about all the equipment though.

Very nice indeed! Where exactly is this located? (Being a Marylander myself)

200 East Middle Lane in the new town center. Across from the Regal movie theater if you know where that is.

Last I had heard, they were looking to open at the end of the month.

From the street there will be a glass wall to display the brewery.

I know where the movie theater is. That's great! I can go to the new library and read some books, surf HBT on their computers, and get drunk at Gordon Biersch.

If you have $380,000, you can buy an efficiency condo above Gordon Biersch. No joke, $380K gets you a walk-in closet with a toilet and small kitchen.

Good point. I will have to see if they have any special exhaust arrangements next time I am in there.
