Looking to get a book to help me with wine making. I want to do juice and scratch(crazy wild growing stuff) recipes more than kits. can any one suggest a good book for this?

Wild Wines is good. So is Vine to wine.

:fro:

+1 Vine to wine!

Two of my favorites are The Alaskan Bootlegger's Bible and Strong Waters, got both of them from Amazon, both are great books.
