I bottled my Kolsch today. It has been in the fermenter for the past 6 weeks. This is my 3rd brew but the first one where I can't wait for the beer to be ready to drink. The hydrometer sample I pulled before bottling tasted amazing and was crystal clear!
I hope this one carbs up fast. I know it won't last.
