I'll be brewing this tonight. I'll entertain suggestions.

Batch 11 g Boil 12.5g
Target OG 1.060
Target FG 1.012
IBU 48.2 (I may drop this about 8 Ibu's)
SRM 13.6
ABV 6.5%
Eff. 80%

Grist..

1# Carapils

Hop shedule..
1 oz. 17.2AA Warrior @60 min 36.7IBU
1 oz. 8.25AA Perle @ 30 min 9IBU
1 oz. 5.75AA Cascade @ 10 min
1 oz. 5.75 AA Cascade dry hop

Mash @ 154 for 90 min.
Fly sparge with 12.5 gal, 180 degree sparge water 90 min.
Cool to 65 degrees and pitch rehydrated Nottingham
Ferment @ 63 ramping to 68

I think the IBUs look good. I might cut back on the crystal malt slightly, maybe 1.5 C60, .75 C120, and .75 Carapils. Depends on your taste of course though.
 
If breewing to style matters to you, yes, I woud drop the IBU's to max 40 and use this grain bill:

OG=1.055
FG=1.015
ABV%=5.2
SRM=14
