Whatsa Happenin HBT! :fro:

I was hoping to share some homebrew with some co-workers for the holidays but with piss poor planning i never got around to it and i'd be damned if i give out my good stuff! :rockin: I'm was looking for some recommendations for a brew that would be ready in a month or so and read the Hefes can finish up pretty quick. Any other beers that could finish up in this time frame? I would be kegging and using the "Dont need no Stinkn Beer Gun" method to bottle.

Any suggestions out there? Bad Idea?

Thanks Folks!

In my experience anything that isn't oaking or a big belgian will be ready by then. I think everyone is right though. I pale ale is a safe bet.

I've read a lot of IPA and APA recipes that all had 7-10 day ferments and were good to drink in less than a week of bottle conditioning.
