Just like the title says, I'm trying to get away with not buying some hops and using what I have. It's a 80 minute addition, so just bitterness. The more neutral hops I have on hand are:
Northern Brewer
Colombus
Sterling
Centennial

I'm leaning towards the Sterling first, then NB, but am interested in other opinions.
 
Sterling is what I would use. Any low-ish cohumolone hop should be fine, with a vaguely noblish profile.
