Greetings all,

Small time Brewer here in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvannia. Doing my first all-grain this weekend. :ban: I have been reading the Forums from links my buddy has been sending me. Love the amount of knowledge thats here so here I am.

Welcome Brian !, loads of help here , I am just to the south in the Lehigh Valley, spent last weekend in the Delaware Water Gap on the trail.

What are you making for your first AG?

I live just south of Albrightsville, not far from Pocono Raceway. Tannersville is about 20 mins away.

My buddy and I will be brewing a Dunkelweizen, with a nice 14 lbs grain bill it looks yummy.

I forgot to mention I am a Backyard Hop Farmer as well.
