Hello,

I'm looking to brew my first Stout, Oatmeal Stout. I'm also interested in eventually brewing a Chocolate Banana Stout at some point. Could anyone suggest a basic 5 gal recipe for me to start with? I brew in Arizona, so my fermentation temp is best managed right at 70 degrees, it is much tougher to get below 69.

Please let me know, as I'd like to purchase ingredients and brew over the holiday!

Thanks!
