You're still a bit out of style for a IIPA

Vital Statistics: OG: 1.070 – 1.090
IBUs: 60 – 120 FG: 1.010 – 1.020
SRM: 8 – 15 ABV: 7.5 – 10%

That doesn't have to be a requirement, people brew outside of style all the time, especially with some of the more extreme offerings.

Finishing at 1.027, I think is still going to be too sweet for an IIPA. That appears to be about 72% attenuation. I'm not sure how aggressive Pacman is, so I don't know if 1.027 is really where it will go to. I would still shoot for something less than 1.090 like I suggested in your previous thread.
