I don't know if you're going to have much time to do something in time for Paddy's day...it's less than a month away.
I'm doing a Carbomb stout. It's a cream stout with Jameson & oak cubes and 2 oz of irish cream coffee beans. I snuck an early sample and it's awesome so far!
