I would be interested in this topic as well. I have 4 lbs. of agave nectar and don't want to waste it simply as a fermentable sugar with no flavors added.
 
I use agave nectar in my Kolsch brews. Sort of the same as Northern Brewers Honey Kolsch. It ferments very clean and dry (crisp). I will say there is not very much added flavor, same as honey really does not add flavor. But I use it in place of honey since it is less expensive. I add exclusively at flame out, and expect a longer ferment like honey but not as long.
