Ideas for wedding brew

Hey all, getting married in September and going to be giving away some of my brew as favors for our guests. My bride to be loves Pale ale but also mentioned using chocolate. I was thinking a chocolate stout but I am open to any idea.

Also, I am an extract brewer right now but am working on going AG. Thanks!

Congrats on getting married! The MOST important thing is to please your wife. I would recommend something dark and decadent since she mentioned chocolate and you will want something romantic. Something that ages well would also be good so that you can save a couple for the one year anniversary. I don't have any advice on a particular recipe but I had a Foothills Sexual Chocolate last night that would definitely fit the bill.
