Sierra Nevada Summerfest

10 Gallon Size Batch
18 lbs 2-Row
1.0 lbs Munich
1.0 lbs Cara-Pils
1.0 oz Pearl at 60 min.
2.0 oz Saaz at 60 min.
2.0 oz Saaz at 5 min.
US-05 yeast
 
Actually found mention of it , but no recipe in all the recipe forums, maybe its just my phone lettin me down
 
The posted recipe will get you damn close. Here is the Summerfest info from SN's website, might help if you need to make adjustments for efficiency or alpha acids.

Alcohol Content: 5.0% by Volume
Beginning Gravity: 12.2 Plato
Ending Gravity: 2.8 Plato
Bitterness Units: 28
Malts: Two-row Pale & Munich
Yeast: Lager Yeast
Bittering Hops: Perle & Saaz
Finishing Hops: Saaz

Old post revival. I am brewing this tommarow. Has anyone else brewed this? If so How did the beer turn out?
