I have nine entries for the 2007, St. Louis Brews, Happy Holidays Homebrewing Competition (HHHC).

I go in with hopes of getting some feedback and critiques, more so that expectations of winning. It will be my first comp and I’m looking forward to receiving some official judging.

You didn't mix in any of dem neutered beers, didja?
Actually I did.

Just like Beerrific said...goes under category #23...specialty beer.

Hopefully it will do okay amidst the cherry chocolate smoked applewood porters and such.

Good luck! When's the judging?
Judging is on the 8th.

Basement of a Catholic Church. (I knew I was Catholic for a reason. ;))

They drive around to the LHBS's and pick up our entires on the 30th. They're also using Shlafly's (Local Micro) Tap Room as a depository for mail in entries.

I'm not sure of the protocol for going down and watching something like this. Don't know if participants/public are welcome.

Watching?

You need to inquire about becoming an apprentice judge!
